Very nice location in the green part of Graz. Nice walk in the park to the tram station. Pleasant surprice in the fridge.
The host is very kind and helpful, answered our questions immediately.
The appartment was very clean, spacious. Nice new furnitures, very comfortable beds. Well equipped: everything you may need: coffee-maker, hair dryer, dishwasher, towels, etc.
Tea, sugar, mineral water, fruit sirup, shower gel, shampoo in the cupboard, even chocolate waited for us in the apartment which was a very nice surprise.
Tram no1 takes you in the centre in 15 minutes (plus a few minutes walk from the hill).
Very close to LKH, quite comfortable apartment and no noise at all. Lovely woods next to it. Really good communication with owner, very nice and helpful.
It is very easy to contact the owner. The house is very clean and safe. Also, chatting with neighbors in the garden is priceless.
