property was comfortable. Air Con not working, would have been nice. Hard to find once in the building, needs a bigger sign on the door of the lift. Great spot very central to everything. Would be a little more comfortable for visitors if we could speak to staff about issues. Reception was not manned the whole time we were there.
This experience exceeded our expectations. Because it wasn't an official hotel, I had some concerns, but everything turned out very well. The location was incredible. The main floor doorway opens directly on to Josefplatz, where you find the entrance to the national library state hall, as well as the back of the Hofburg complex. It's about a 2 minute walk to the entrance to the Sisi museum and Imperial apartments. The check-in process was smooth and they had a helpful receptionist there on site.
It’s close to everything! I was able to come back freshen up and head right back out!! I walked to the apartments with a huge suitcase from the oper line with ease. A tiny lift but enough for my suitcase!
The location is fantastic and provided a very short walk to the Ball at the Hofburg. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and staff was super helpful, even ironing a shirt for me at the last minute.
Excellent location. Very easy check-in process. A huge shout out to Jenny for being incredibly helpful and making the stay that much more comfortable, she is amazing!
