The location is excellent. You could enter the ski area directly from the yard. You just strapped on your gear and slide into the slope literally 20 meters from your room. There is also a coffee machine in the reception area which you could use during all times, and also a bigger common kitchen/dinner area which you can use, additionally to the small one which you have in your room.

Excellent location just a few steps from Flachau ski slope, I was able to ski in front of the house at the end of the day. Amazing architecture on the steep slope, the ferienhaus is composed of two connected buildings. Room was big and OK, we had everything that we need.
Excellent location just few meters from the ski slope and Achterjet cabin lift. The location from other hand is easily reachable by car and on a walking distance from Flachau, number of restaurants and bars.
Lokalizacja bezpośrednio przy stoku. Właściciele mili i uśmiechnięci. Pokój duży i czysty. Kuchnia wyposażona wystarczająco dodatkowo do dyspozycji duża kuchnia z kilkoma stolikami dla większych grup. Na pewno tu wrócimy.
