This is probably our 5th time staying with Simon. We love the location, love the feel of the place (cows next door were a special treat for the kid when they were smaller). Easy access to shopping (fresh buns in the morning are a must as is fresh milk from the milk dispensing machine), ski rentals, the pool. Simone has done a spectacular job making key updates over the years to the property which made our stay even better. Over the years we have brought many friends with us to stay there and hope to come back again next year although earlier in the season.

I hardly ever give a 10/10 rating, but Fereinhaus Ragg is a most remarkable "Fereinhaus". The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was cleverly designed. Even if not very large, it is functional and has enough furniture. Same with the kitchen: small but well equipped. There's more than enough pots, including a big one to cook your pasta, there's also a decent pan and what else. Simone the host is very cheerful and always smiling. The WiFi works, the shower has hot water, the heating is efficient.

Best place to stay few nights for Kaunertal. Owner is friendly, the apartment is fresh renovated, very clean and comfortable.

Excelent comfort, silence and at the same time it is the center of the Kaunertal, to the bus stops, comfort parking

Nicely furnished apartment, very cozy, with a view of the mountains and well-equipped kitchen. Ski bus stop nearby, fresh bread delivered to the room, very nice and helpful owner.
