Margaret is extremely helpful.
She provided free tram tickets for our entire family. The tram stop is just 5mins walk from the apartment and the ride is highlight of trip for my daughter :)
I drop one of my Airpod ear piece on the bed when checking out. We contacted Margaret the following day. So glad that she found and kept for us. She was extremely helpful to pack it carefully and mailed it to our last stop - - a hotel in Warsaw!
The owner was super friendly. Rooms were cosy. Location was superb.
