The feel of the apartment - I prefer the rustical style rather than the super modern.
The apartment was large enough for 4 people - not just to have a bed, but also a room to sit, eat, drink.
The location is good too (10 minutes to KitzSki by car, 25 minutes to Kaprun).
I also like the little church close to the apartment - especially during the night, very nicely lit.
