The host was so kind and accommodating. We established very good communication and the house was clean, beautiful and close to everything. We would certainly come back to this accommodation.

This is our second visit to Grazer Schwalbe. It's a very cozy little loft apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is located a little outside the center of Graz, but everything is accessible on foot with a lot more peace and quiet than a kilometer away. A big advantage is the parking across the road which belongs to the apartment and is charged separately, but it solves many headaches if you travel by car. A big advantage is the small balcony facing the inner courtyard where you can have breakfast or have your morning coffee or cappuccino. An espresso machine is also available.
