Staff are the best. Breakfast bountiful and wonderful. Room was perfect as usual. I have been to this hotel 5x and always it's a great experience whether on my own or with my daughter. I highly recommend this elegant little gem in the best location: close to walk to everything yet just a little out for a bit more quiet. I love it's just across from Mirabell palace and gardens.

One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The staff is top notch, from the gentleman who brought our luggage and parked our car, to the gal at check in, to the restaurant servers, and even those in the breakfast room. Everything was wonderful

Breakfast was big with a lot of choices from fruits, cereal to omelets to order. Location in city center is excellent.

location is exceptional good, close to Mirabella palace for concerts, opposite to the day trip buses, able walk or bus in to the old town. Staff are very friendly offered many services otherwise I won't use, i.e free bus tickets, mini bar service etc. Breakfast are good quality with lots of varieties, restaurant has beautiful settings.

Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We ate the best dinner of our month long trip at the hotel restaurant! The staff treated us special for our 41st wedding anniversary. A two block walk to panoramic tour company that we used to visit Hilters eagles nest. A short walk to old town. Stay Here.
