Busy and old-fashioned, but clean, cosy, practical and super friendly staff, good food, close to ski lift and bus, some restaurants nearby but very good half pension. God's value for the price.
The hotel was pristine--super clean. The rooms were large and very comfortably appointed with wonderful balconies and amazing views of the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet had a nice array of breads, cereals, nuts, jam, scrambled and boiled eggs, plus sliced meats. And the coffee was excellent! Niederau is a small village with several hotels but not much else. It appeared that nearly every hotel has its own restaurant so finding food in town wasn't a problem. We went for the Almatreib in Auffauch which was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It's a beautiful little town to relax and enjoy the lovely views.
Stunning views from our balcony, very friendly staff, spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. We used the restaurant for dinner and found that to be very good too. Excellent choice for breakfast
The check in was easy Parking at the door dinner at the restaurant was brilliant
Great buffet breakfast, hotel is just opposite gondola and vey close to supermarket for snacks. Staff are lovely and evening meals are good value for money. We have stayed there twice now and are planning to stay again at Christmas 2025.
