Staff was very nice and they spoke Slovenian. Breakfast had a lot of options. The coffee was very good.
Breakfast and evening meal was very good, personnel in restaurant were very efficient and friendly, lovely spa area inside and outside. Loved our room although quite small and no balcony, was great for a short stay
We like the hotel. We visited there for the third time in six months. Homely atmosphere. Nice spa facilities with soft thermic water in indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Good choice of saunas. Attractive small town Bad Radkersburg within old city walls worth visiting on foot. Excursions into adjacent Slovenia on foot or by car.
We only had time to spend a weekend in Bad Radkersburg. We loved the facilities for relaxation and swimming in the warm thermic mineral water. We ate dinner in town and also wandered over the bridge to the Slovenian side. We travelled from and back to Vienna through the charming landscape of the Southern Burgenland. We had the possibility to continue using the spa facility for three hours after the check-out.
