Really great location, not far from the lake, surrounded by the mountains.

So well looked after and loved by the owners. Home away from home with lots of thoughtful touches. Especially loved the card for Zanzibar Beach access, which is a perfect spot on the lake that has everything you need. Garden at Landhaus Klopein is lovely and peaceful. Just perfect! Would definitely visit again!

The whole feel of the location, charming, quiet but not over the top so. The owner was realy friendly, the room includes tickets to the beach at the lake. The room was wery clean, the kitchen area small but adequate. The bed was realy good, not the "cheapest possible" as you can find occasionaly. All in all - will probably return in the future.

Absolutely perfect! - Spotless clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. - Decoration of the apartment and exterior of the house is very special. - Coutyard around the house is a beautuful garden with places for breakfast, rest, sports...View from our appartment was incredible. We saw roe deers and pheasants walking and playing around the property. - Location of the house is very close to Lake Klopein (the warmest lake in Europe). - The most important thing is that Neda and Willi are the most frendly, helpful and welcoming people. Neda made our stay very special. We are happy to come back again and definitely recomend this house to anyone looking to visit this spectacular lake in beautiful Austria.

Breakfast was very good, many things to choose, fresh prepared eggs... The car park is under the roof, it was bad weather, so in case of a hail, very welcome. There is a cosy garden, where you can relax. Apartments/rooms are rather small, but fully equipped, with balcony. Very friendly owners.
