Great location in a lovely town. all the facilities are in the apartment, and it's a walking distance from the areas main attractions such as the falls, museum and birds of prey center. the free summer card was a great add on

De locatie en de tuin. Heerlijke uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Oostenrijk. Vooral de veranda in de tuin is fijn. Contact met de eigenaar was ook erg fijn. Gaf goede tips over de omgeving.

Dit is een aanrader voor iedereen. Wat een fantastisch huisje met een zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Het contact daarmee was bijzonder prettig. Ze haalde zelfs nog wat speelgoed voor ons zoontje tevoorschijn :) Veel ruimte, gezellige eethoek en alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig.

Melanie was the perfect hostess! She was unable to meet us on arrival, but left the keys for us and came over later that day to meet us and answer any questions we had. The apartment was wonderfully clean with comfortable beds and a large stock of cooking equipment. The apartment was also well located being close to bus stops, village shops and the village center. Umhausen was a great place for us to be based to take in the whole Otztal Valley. It was quiet as is our preference, but near enough to more touristy places like Solden. We were given the Otztal summer cards as part of our rental which allowed us unlimited bus travel, free trips on cable cars and use of the wanderbus (hiker bus). We would love to return in the future.
