The staff are very friendly and kind, the rooms are as advertised, the metro and tram stops are at a walking distance, the breakfast I purchased was quite nice and since the hotel is located in a residential area, even a light sleeper like me can sleep quite easily.
Everything in the rooms was great! We are very thankful for the staff! We wanted to leave our luggage in the hotel because our flight was late in the afternoon and there was no problem.
Extremely inexpensive for the quality and services provided. Nice clean, spacious rooms. Relatively central, in an area that is not so busy, yet offers plenty of restaurants and cafes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We really felt very welcome.

Very basic room, but amazingly comfortable, in winter the heating system is very good. the bed is double but can be split into to singles.
