Very nice apartment, checking in was really flexible. Super clean and nice studio with a really friendly and helpful host. It has a freshly renovated bathroom and well equipped kitchen with espresso machine. Our stay was better than expected, we'd even give more than five starts. Totally recommended!
Paul was really friendly and helpful.
We found the bed extra comfy and liked the coffee package very much.
Overall great value for the price.
All thinks were prepared perfectly.
Mr. Perauer were also prepared for any kind of communication.
If you want, you can use herbs for cook from his garden.
For those, who like watch TV, the movies are in original with subtitles..

Lovely room and sunny garden. Paul and his mom were super friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very flexible with check-in too!
