The location is good because public transportation is close enough to get anywhere in the city to see tourist attractions.
The hotel considered my preference as high floor.
Safe did not work but someone from maintenance team fixed it the following day.
Desk telephone did not work, I reported it at front desk. No action taken.
Room was smelly when windows closed, cleaner keeps the window open, presumably for ventilation.
Shower head was not compatible with shower head holder. When I first entered the room the shower head was on the shower tray. It looked like someone dropped it but that's not the case. It doesn't fit in its dedicated holder. So you need to hold the shower head in your hand when showering.
The time I was there the hotel was busy. Guest came and go. It was extremely noisy throughout the night and midnight pretty much all days during my stay.
Room service did not hoover.
Room service did not clean the sink in bathroom. The sink left dirty because the water did not flow down quick enough presumably due to congestion. This left marks in the sink after shaving.
