A real gem, we had a great time. Kind of a family hotel (felt like it), staff are so helpful and very nice. Rooms are super clean and very comftable, haven't slept like I did there in years. Location is great, within town,. There is a river behind the hotel which is great. Nice pool with a beautiful back yard for relaxation.

Everything is super , thanks for the best hotel in flachau.
Sadly we could only stay for one night. The staff were lovely- they were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The chef made sure I could have a delicious gluten free meal which after a long drive was much appreciated, and the baby had a high chair waiting for him in the morning for breakfast. The secure underground parking is incredibly useful in summer and listening to the stream outside was soothing for the soul.
