В первую очередь любезный и внимательный персонал. Месторасположение отеля, стильный дизайн, парковка, большая спа-зона, отличная многообразная еда.

Really nice and comfy hotel. We were in a suite and it was pretty spacious. Staff was amazing, location great, food ok. Overall superb for families!

The hotel has beautiful rooms and a friendly staff, there's nothing negative to say about that. From my perspective, the only downside was the food. The food was tasty, but it felt more like a 3-star hotel level. The selection, in particular, was quite weak. There were no salads for breakfast, no water or mineral water for dinner, only a drink menu for which you had to pay. When we were at Vaya Fieberbrunn last year, the food quality and selection were of a higher standard. I compare it to this hotel, and it was simply better there. That's why the expectations were higher.

We loved our stay at VAYA Pfunds. The room was beautiful and specious, the bathroom had a bath and a shower. The pool is large, the food has enough variety of choices and the staff is the greatest. Pozdrav cijelom osoblju, a posebno dragoj Aniti! The ski pists at Serfaus Fiss Ladis are realy very good, they are a bit further away from the hotel. For those who don’t ski there’s a very nice walking path along the river and Pfunds itself is beautiful and interesting to see.
