Excellent proximity to both Austrian and German sights etc. Clean, quiet and super nice to see other families to let the kids mix and have fun.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, it had enough space for 6 adults. The property is located 5-minute walk to the train station, which makes it super easy to catch a train to Garmish. The property was super clean, the host was friendly and always available to help with the guests' requests, This property has a ski room/ bike room in the summer.
Of notice, this host has multiple apartments of different sizes in the building and some of the apartments on the first floor are pet-friendly. I would recommend asking the host in case of traveling with a pet.
The space is perfect for the family. The playground is perfect

Great for our family of 4 and Roos and Hans go above and beyond to cater to families with play room, toys, games and ping pong. Parking and all amenities included! Heated Room for ski / outdoor gear. Heated floors and scalding water. Loved the scented wood shavings for aromatherapy!
The location was stunning and all the amenities were fabulous. The family who owns the property is super lovely as well. We will definitely be back any time we are in the area!
