Everything was great, location, cleanliness, reception staff and restaurant staff
Large room with beautiful panorama view of Innsbruck. The room was quite clean and super comfy, cozy bedroom with very nice and large bathroom. Good location, close to train station and downtown. Easy walk to the Old Town.

The view was amazing. The garage is connected with reception and rooms directly via an elevator. Comfy beds, spaceous bathroom, very clean. Reasonable breakfast selection, breakfast at the 12th floor with even a greater view.
The view from Room 814 is SPECTACULAR. The Alps are in front of you when you wake up. Breakfast was good too.
Staff were great. Location excellent. 9th floor views of the city and mountains were awesome. Coffee maker and tea pot were very nice to have.
