Nice room, very comfortable and clean. Easy check-in.
Good location, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
I like the contactless check in, but at the last step (after I paid and before getting my key card) there was an error message. I tried clicking both options, but nothing happened. I called customer service and received a lecture (no help) about early check in (I didn't know what time it was). Luckily a person who works for the hotel saw my distress and took over the conversation with customer service. She got me checked in (I was early) and made sure I could get in my room. She (I think maybe her name was Claudia?) was amazing. She could have left me there. I didn't know she worked for the hotel. She didn't. She is a kind, compassionate, caring person and they are lucky to have her on staff.
The room was modern and it was a new experience to be in a hotel without any people in lobby
Clean, nice modern design, late check in possible, easy, no hustle. We liked it , transit passing with overnight stay this hotel was very good choice, and more reasonable in prices
