The apartment is very close to the city centre.
It is surrounded by nature and it has a great balcony to enjoy, for example, breakfast in the morning.
The apartments are located within walking distance from the center of Graz. There are shops nearby. The owner of the apartment is easy to contact. The neighbors are also very friendly.
