Отличное месторасположение, рядом метро, остановки автобусов, кафе, магазины. Отдельный вход в квартиру через внутренний милый дворик. Доброжелательный хозяин.
Близько до метро. Дуже тепло, тому що є тепла підлога, яка працює від газового котла.
