The staff was so friendly and gracious. We needed to make some changes due to unexpected and unforeseen travel changes and they were so supportive and helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially once they heard my Mom was fleeing Iran and had some sleepless nights. They even upgraded her to a better room and didn't charge the first night she wasn't there due to the unpredictable circumstances. Thanks again, this will be forever cherished.
