The host was lovely. She greeted us and helped with anything we needed. We stayed only one night.The room was cozy and comfortable, the washroom was large. The breakfast was delicious - regular Albanian breakfast (omelette, ucumber, tomato, feya, bread and coffee or tea.)

The location is very calm and quiet and the view from the balcony is excellent. The room and bathroom are very clean and the owner is immediately available in case you have any concerns. Breakfast is also nice and would recommend the room to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in a quiet area.

Cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. They accepted us very late and were super welcoming!

Nice place. Easy to find. Located a few Kms outside of the city if Permet. The couple that runs it is very friendly and hospitable. Our apartment was comfortable and warm. The only negative is that two of three of our apartment's bedrooms were made into separate hotel rooms with their own entrances from outside yet the existing interior doors remain, though locked. But they are so thin and don't isolate sound you can hear the people in their rooms talking as the sounds comes easily through the doors. The hotel is still under construction and I am not sure if they plan to change the doors situation or not. It was a bit strange hearing people so close, it felt like they may just walk through the door into our room. Of course they could hear us too .... We would have preferred more quiet in this regard and peace not worrying we might be disturbing others with our noise....

We had just a magical time at the Adriatic Guesthouse. Bruna and her family were so welcoming. Permet was a pleasant surprise. The city's signature cream soup with lamb shank is a must. Bruna outdid herself in bringing us a breakfast each morning filled with homemade specialties from her kitchen. Our room was perfect. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend spending extra time here.
