Rooms are big and comfortable. Was upgraded upon arrival. They have their own beach that is well maintained and prioritizes the hotel residents. Their pool is also good. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was very big with a spectacular sea view, the staff was very friendly, especially I want to mention Eneda at the reception desk, i want to thank her very much for the organisation of our rest. Actually, everybody was polite and friendly and tried to help us. The room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was very good. The beach is exactly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed it every day. The sea was warm enough and we were getting free beach towels every day at the reception. The location is perfect. The hotel lays in the walking distance from the port and from the promenade. There are a lot of small caffees and restaurants nearby. I really love this hotel, it was one of our best vacations, thank you, guys!

We had a fantastic experience on our 10 days stay at this hotel. Rooms had a fantastic view and the A/C works great with Carrier units, which is a US manufacturer, top of the line. A great value for the price when you consider the amazing breakfast, free beach chairs and free parking, which can be a challenge in Saranda. Did I mention the breakfast? Fresh eggs from the local farms, fresh fruit including wild strawberries, 3 different types of fresh local cheese and free coffee/ cappuccino included. The staff is amazing and will make sure to take care of all requests. Great value altogether when you consider that parking (which can be very challenging in Sarande), breakfast and beach chairs are included. The bed was perfect - if you like a somewhat firm mattress. We will definitely come back
