Breakfast was delicious and the location was superb with an amazing view! The staff went out of their way to be nice and helpful to us, it was appreciated very much.
The hotel is in an excellent location, easy to walk everywhere and great views. Provided excellent breakfast in the morning, where you can sit on the patio and look up at Berat Castle and the Mangalem quarter.
Very tasteful renovation of an Ottoman house. Very convenient parking. Great location near pedestrian bridge across the river. Nice river walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

We absolutely could not fault this hotel - the reception area was impressive, the staff were fantastic, we had the best room in the hotel with a great view across to the castle and city.
Breakfast was all freshly prepared.
