Very nice lodge. The sea and the mountains are both very close when you have a car, making it a unique location. The hosts were very friendly and kind and the place is just very cute.
Alban, his brothers and entire family made our time here so special! Great homemade food, wonderful care, beautiful grounds and a memorable and stunning hike up the mountains. We loved our time at their family run guesthouse and recommend to everyone! Thank you, Alban and family! All best to you all!
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond in every aspect.
The staff was amazing! We are biking and they took our laundry, washed it AND hung it out to dry. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant and lovely breakfast was included in the morning. We love supporting the family run hotels!
The room was clean. The family who runs the guesthouse was friendly and it was nice to meet local Albanians!
The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful: toast with butter and homemade jam; homemade yogurt with local honey and walnuts; 2 eggs cooked to order; plate of tomatoes, cucumbers and olives, prosciutto was served one morning, and a homemade pastry. Hot tea and coffee including lattes.
We liked the honey so much, we asked if we could buy a jar.
We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant both evenings. It was also good.
Albany showed us a hiking trail from the parking lot and we hiked for 5 hours in the beautiful Llogara National Park. We asked and they provided a simple lunch to take hiking. Apples, bread with butter and jam, boiled eggs (these for the specific items that we asked for).
