best view of old town Berat. Easy walking distance. Decent parking. The place has steep stairs even to get to the receoption. Negotiating stairs up to restaurant would be a challenge for elderly or handicapped. But for those of us that can do it, it is so Berat. Stone rooms.

Easy to find and park. Beautiful old building but seemed new! Great views of the river and the "windows" and castle. It was an easy walk across the bridge to the old town. It is a steep walk to the castle just so you know! Breakfast was great, outside looking out at the town. Super nice bathroom (shower and toilet in one room so it gets wet). We had a nice dinner on the roof to watch the lights turn on the bridge and buildings. I would definitely stay again.

The staff where nice. There is a big parking on the left side of the building. A restaurant with a nice view. Rooms have nice views. Location is great. AC in the room works good. Delicius and helathy breakfast. I would recomend it.
