The receptionist was very kind. I brought the wrong electrical adaptor plug and he lend me one . He saved my day, thank you very much!
Everything was 10 out of 10, including the staff and everyone else. The breakfast was also great.
The bathroom had everything you will need and we had access to a big balcony.
Bonus: one of the cleaning ladies tided our room without us asking them to, and we found it very respectful!

It was so clean. Staff was extremely friendly. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here, and it never disappoints!!! Highly recommend it to anyone who is finding themselves lucky enough to be in Tirana :)
