Very friendly staff, could manage to make sandwiches to go everyday when we needed to depart the hotel very early for the tours around. Shower is really good. There is some parking in front of the hotel but it surely doesn’t fit for all the rooms so not sure what to do if it was full. Location is excellent, really close to the main streets with good food and drinks options around, as well as close to the bus station there the tours departs from. Room and bathroom are big.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk to the main streets .Room was very large and included kitchenette / washing machine. Breakfast , brought to the room every morning, was more than generous . Very pleasant and patient hotel staff who seemed genuinely interested i their guests stay.

Exceptional breakfast and wonderful staff:) We arranged to leave our bags while we did a multi day hike and it was easy.

Very friendly staff (some speak very good English). The hotel is close to one of the main streets in Shkoder. Possible to schedule the trip Shkoder to Valbona with the staff support.
