The staff is very nice
Breakfast is good
The location was amazing. There was a beautiful private beach with sun beds free for hotel guests. Breakfast had a large variety of food. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. Lots of seating throughout the hotel. No loud music blasting...it was super peaceful. The room and bathroom were clean. They cleaned our room once during our 3-night stay. The staff was really nice.
Breakfast was tasty and lots of selection. Beni (owner) was amazing. Very welcoming and understanding. Helped get big taxis for our large group and recommend outstanding places to eat - ask him anytime. Beach was amazing and right by hotel. Location was great 7 min from center saranda and even 15 min from Ksamil for day trips. Would return here and recommend.

South of Saranda Embarkment - so less traffic and commercialism.
Cleaning staff extremely nice - cleaned "around" my daughter when she wasn't feeling well
