The host was very helpful and gave us good tips for our stay in Ksamil. The apartment was clean with a small kitchenette (with plates and cutlery) and bathroom. The location was just a short walk from beaches and restaurants, and 20 minutes from the Sarande-Ksamil Bus stop.

The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, we got towels and a hairdryer upon request, the view from the balcony is really nice you can see the whole island. Has parking space. You can walk to town in 10-15 mins, there's a few restaurants even closer. It's really great value for money.

This is a private, peaceful place away from the city's noise. The surrounding fence creates a sense of security, which is great for parking a car. The beach is within walking distance, though I often went to farther beaches. The room is spacious with a large balcony where you can enjoy the best views of the city and the ocean. The hosts are flexible in addressing any issues and are very hospitable.

The accommodation met our expectations, everything was clean, the staff was pleasant, a wonderful view of the sea. Very nice!! I recommend.
