Small room, but location is excellent and room is clean and functional. Parking nearby at the public parking and easy walking distance to nice restaurants. Breakfast is great!

Great hosts, beautifully renovated building with just 2 private rooms with nice bathrooms and comfy beds. We were treated with home made wine and raki. Super responsive and helpful communication via WhatsApp, no problems with check in. Pro tip: best place to get a room if you want a genuine Berat traditional home and with no need to climb the hill with your suitcases because that would be the case in many hotels in the area.

A slice of traditional Albania to romanticize your stay in Berat. The clever design of the house features just two rooms on the second floor leaving a generous ground floor for living and sharing a breakfast or evening wine space. The lovely family hosts prepared our breakfast; they live next door; and we enjoyed a special connection with their home and community. The rooms are authentic with modern bathroom and very comfortable fittings. We chose this place as we wanted to face the famous windows in Berat and be able to have walking distance to meanderings on the river. The home is pure magic and we encourage other visitors to treat themselves to this family's wonderful guest home.
