House is clean and comfy and very worth it for the price. It's only around 25 minutes away from the city center by foot.

The Rus Villa was everything that I wanted for my stay in Berat! It was clean. It was comfortable. It was convenient. Some have not liked the location of this place, but I thought it was excellent! I arrived via bus and it was a little more than a kilometer walk from the stop. Likewise, it was a kilometer and a half or so from the center of Berat in the other direction. That put me right in the middle of where I needed to be. I arrived early and since no one had been in the room the night before, I was able to check in, right away. That was a big bonus. There is also a restaurant associated with the hotel and I thought it was quite good. The room was a bit small, but it was all that I needed. I am happy with my decision to stay at the Rus Villa!

Excellent value for money, friendly hosts with great English and wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of places nearby for coffee, beer and fast food too.

Good location, spacious room, clean. We had quiet and restful nights but there were no other guests at the time. There was no AC but the room stayed cool in the 30C heat outside. A little fridge is very useful in summer. Value for money is excellent. Easy self check in and we were let in 1 hr before the official check-in time which was very considerate.
