The location of the apartment just below the Himare castle was beautiful. The wrap-around deck provided wonderful views of the area, mountains and sunset over the sea. Sunset from the castle was spectacular. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. It was great to have a washer AND dryer! And watching the sheep, goats, and donkeys wandering around town was a charming experience. It was also easy to get to Himare, nearby beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and an incredible view

An amazing apartment owned by an amazing lady :) Everything was impeccably clean. The apartment is spacious and cosy, nicely decorated, a true "home away from home". The balcony has a lovely view towards the hills and a small bay. It is located near the Himare Old Town, a charming medieval castle still inhabited, which is a pleasure to visit. There are a few beaches nearby, (Livadi is the closest), but there are many hidden beach gems on the albanian shore that are worth exploring.

Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! Superb views; wonderful attentive host; so many extras; fabulous kitchen with lots of add ons and so easy to cook a meal and enjoy the sunset; shower has a screen!; comfy beds; hop, skip and a jump to the old town/castle; easy parking and super easy to drive into town for beach time, boat cruise or grocery shopping!
