I am not sure why this place gets many bad reviews. The communication during the checkin and checkout was always nice, rooms were clean, the location is very central and rather quiet. I evaluated with 10 stars because it exceeded my expectations for the total amount of money paid.
The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and treat their guests very well. 10/10

Location is great and they own a lot of hotels all of them in great locations. The staff is very willing to accomodate your needs.
