Quiet room with a nice balcony. Easy location to get to by car. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious bathroom for Albania

I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! Very fair and reasonable prices compared to other places with even lower services. The location was excellent like 5 minutes walk to Principotes and 5 minutes to the city center. The rooms are brand new, equipped with a huge clean fridge, AC, hot water, Tv, and kitchenette with all its equipment. Parking available free too. I am definitely going to stay there during my next visit.

The room was very welcoming and had everything I expected. As I stayed all by myself in a triple room, I had plenty of space, but the room is well suited for three people. I loved the tiles from the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom mirror had a light switch. The kitchenware is minimal, but it does the job (I didn't have in mind to do a lot of cooking anyway). I also noticed the garden, very beautiful.

The place was great, the service AMAZING!!! They were always kind and friendly, also cleaned our room literally EVERY DAY. Our room was spacious with one king bed and a single bed (even if we were just two) and had a great balcony, tiny kitchen, fridge and new elegant bathroom, it also had air conditioning, TV and good WIFI! it was a 4 minute walk to the nearest beach but also near to a lot of shops, restaurants and atm. only thing is they don’t accept card, only cash, but it’s easy to find where to withdrawal money.

Perfectly clean, quite spacious, with totally new bathroom appliances. Located in a green and quiet area of Ksamil, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The host was welcoming and helpful. We can also recommend seafood restaurant just near the entrance to the property.
