It is an incredibly clean place, you can smell the cleanliness from the sheets. Thank you very much to Arti for her interest, he was very helpful. He helped us to do a barbeque and to found best beaches. They are very friendly, highly recommended!

Fantastic peaceful location near the centre of Ksamil. Great value for money. Very helpful owners were on hand if needed anything.

We loved the hosts! They were so friendly and kind.They helped do our laundry. Sarti is a very interesting many who enjoys sharing his stories and getting to know the guests. We had fun watching one the football games with him. He have great recommendations with the full intention for us to enjoy Ksamil. Very clean room, nice balcony with view of the town, kitchenette and beds made the stay very comfortable. Parking worked great and the newly paved road was a plus! It couldn’t have been better!

Great location, plenty of space, wonderful hosts. Two beds in the bedroom and one single bed in the front room so plenty of room for a family of four to sleep comfortably. Air conditioning kept the apartment comfortable. Has a very small kitchen, but great value for money, with safe parking across the street. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby, at great values, so there isn't much need to cook anyway, we just made coffee in the morning with a light breakfast. Beaches are a relatively short 10-15 minute walk. We made a day trip to a town in Greece nearby that was quite nice, visited Butrint National Park, and drove up to Gjiirokaster, all wonderful daytrips by car and recommended by the host.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Villa Sarti thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Arti and Shpresa. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I was speechless since the villa was so excellent, had all the conveniences, and was so comfortable. I can't recommend Villa Sarti enough
