I had an excellent experience in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable staying. I'll definitely repeat next year.
We got a broken window so we told the staff. The hotel was fully booked so they told us that they will change our room the next day and they gave us a 1 hour free at the spa. They apologized and was so nice. The location is very good ! The breakfast was good. And they have lookers for your ski equipment.
Had a great few days, staff very helpful, bedroom was excellent , food excellent.
Clean loads of unexpected things like the games in the bar area. Also so close to the slopes
Breakfast was fantastic and the staff also supplied a breakfast bag for us for our return coach journey as it left before breakfast started.
