The staff was very friendly and flexible. They speak French and English and did everything to make us feel comfortable and tell us about different activities we could do.
I stayed here to run the Spartan race and the location is just a five minute walk from the start point and finish line, right in the center of the action. The hotel has a lovely vibe and truly makes you feel you’re in the Pyrenees. The room was very spacious, the views were amazing, and the facilities made my trip extra special. Breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was high quality. It has an in-house restaurant/bar that was convenient for our first night and for pre-dinner drinks; basic but tasty and good value.
Cosy hotel in a good location. Nice spa. Helpful stuff.
