Easy communication and check in, great modern apartment with great mountain views. Good wifi and kitchen. Most comfortable beds of our trip! I paid to park in basement garage, was worth it. Great price in a beautiful place. Wish we had stayed longer, would stay again.
location, views, comfort - Encamp is a great place, more towny feel to it and easy to get round either by bus or taxi snowboarding was great! and we went to the spa near La Vella - a great stay except for the two things below although the lift did 'grind my gears'.
House are clean and complete with cooking utensil. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location quite strategic and near with the attraction place.

We have booked above venue the same day and had instructions for parking, keys and everything left in secure place. View was amazing. As usual I read reviews before making booking, I saw a lot of the ones that building is old, outdated etc. I think there is a benefit to that and it has its own positive vibe. Apartment was quite big for European standards. Person at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Parking wise, there was plenty of space and bays were big. Also, on parking level there are lockers for skis handy when offloading from the vehicle.
