The staff was very helpful and the overall ambient was nice.
The staff were accommodating and helpful. Juan Manuel was especially attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The general areas were also well maintained.
Everything was great! The attention, comfort, cleanliness, the staff, the location w proximity to every neighborhood! Special mention to Luana at the Front desk and the entire team at breakfast service, always kind and attentive to the guests needs!
The hotel was able to immediately change to a higher floor which I requested during the booking. The breakfast has a wide spread and very good. The hotel was 2 block from Florida Pedestrian shopping street and not too far from Buquebus ferry terminal.
The location was perfect since we didn’t have a car.
