Staff was excellent Alain and girls in the front desk were always very attentive to any question/need. Centrally located. 15 min walk from omnibus and 10 min walk into town. Would recommend a WhatsApp group to possibly coordinate events with others (minimize cost through sharing cabs/rentals) and evening social activities.

Definitely be booking another one on my next trip. The staff were helpful and spoke great English. They had suggestions of places to eat and things to do. The bathrooms were always clean and the bedroom was spotless. It was a delight staying here!
A major bonus is it's a close walk to the piers if you've signed up for a walk with the penguins or the lighthouse ride.
Loved the international clientele. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and updated. The whole vibe was wonderful!
