La ubicación, que tenga cochera cubierta y la vista.
No se por donde empezar, desde el primer contacto Arnaldo fue muy amable y explicó todo lo que teniamos que saber. Alberto nos entregó el departamento, también muy amable y dispuesto a lo que necesitáramos. El broche de oro fue el departamento, además de cómodo, con todo lo que necesita un hogar, tiene las más maravillosas vistas de Mar del Plata. Nunca la habíamos visto desde ese punto. Realmente el mejor departamento que hubiésemos podido habitar.
