The bed was good 8/10
the pillow not so much 5/10
The room was clean 9/10
My sleep wasn't good 3/10 ( because the a/c makes a lot of light, the alarm on the ceiling flicker lights all night, and 3 out of 5 nights someone talks in Spanish inside the room despite us reporting the incident the first 2 times they did nothing)

Bathroom soaps 4/10 the reason is so low because soaps were diluted and they did not reflect quality in a hotel with high standards.
Breakfast is 5/10 the same with almost no change the smell food every morning.
