Fernando is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The property is well-equipped with high-quality furnishings and amenities. The property is also relatively new and thoughtfully designed for guests' comfort. The WiFi is fast (>200 Mbps on Ookla). Very clean, safe, and on a relatively quiet street. We slept well and enjoyed all the modern facilities. Located a short walking distance from Mercado Central and many other shops & restaurants. Wish we had booked more days here.
The apartment featured two spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts even left us fresh baked bread! The laundry was clutch after traveling for 14 days with limited luggage. The outdoor areas were very nice including showers. It was very secure, felt safe. Nicely renovated and modern with personal touches. The television was ready to stream whatever service you can think of.
Great central location. Easy walking to many restaurants and attractions
Patricia and Fernando met us when we arrived, which was quite late in the evening. They were concerned about our every needs. They had a bottle of red wine in the wine cooler for us. They had baked fresh bread for us to have for breakfast. There was cheese, jam, milk and water in the refrigerator, and coffee pods for our morning cappuccino. They contacted us each day to see how we were doing. The apartment was spotless, modern, beautiful, safe and comfortable.
What an amazing stay. I felt more at home here than I do in my own home. The finishes are amazing and the place is so perfect. So much time and energy has been put in to making this place sublime. The best part was the hospitality from Patricia and Fernando. From meeting us, letting us in early, stocking us with fresh baked goods, checking in on us throughout our stay and seeing us off into a cab when left - we truly feel like we had new parents while we were here! I cannot wait to stay here again sometime soon. I could not recommend this place higher.
