Very good location with Helpful Staff Housekeeping good

The hotel is perfectly located, pretty much half way between the Colon Theatre and the Recoleta cemetery. The staff were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good, with plenty of variety for my three-day stay. The wi-fi worked consistently well. The bed was very comfortable, and having the kitchenette was a bonus. I felt perfectly safe as a solo female traveler.

We had been in the hotel 1.5 year before and we we happy to see it had improved, with the breakfast area having increased in size due to a renovation/refurbishment; and the actual breakfast had improved too! We ended up using two different rooms (in the same category), one of the original booking and the second because we had to extend our stay (due to a cancelation of our flights back); and both were clean an spacious. But most of all, it has an excellent location, with very nice facilities around at walking distance (including supermarket, pharmacy and bakery just aside), but in a tranquil street. The hotel doesn't have a great infrastructure (like pool or gym) but this wasn't an issue to us.

Staff were great. Roomy and comfortable room for 2 singles. Quiet location not too far from sights and within pickup area for excursions.

Location easy to walk to lively street and smaller Recoleta parks. Courtyard rooms are quiet. Rooms are large and shower great. Breakfast has a lot of choice and fresh fruit.
