The staff, particularly Pablo , Gabriel, and Axel, could not have been nicer! They were so helpful and provided great suggestions. They were also friendly, warm, and very patient with our questions. The location is excellent for the things we did around the Circuito Chico. On the one day I wanted to go downtown, the bus stop right at the hotel was very convenient. The hotel was very clean in both the rooms and the common areas, and It's well maintained. The breakfast was simple but just perfect, and I especially loved the fresh, cut fruit (the only time in 5 weeks). I greatly appreciated the filtered water available in the lobby. The property and views from the rooms and restaurant are simply stunning. This is a truly lovely hotel, and we so enjoyed our stay!

The place was outstanding! Very confy, amazing facilities and the staff is super nice and polite. A walk distance from Cerro Campanario, which is pretty nice. Kitchen folks indeed cooked, the food was so good, and they were so so thoughtful, amazing crew! Also, really recommend their spa service, which is also included in a special pack that the hotel offers.

Good location away from Barioloche. With forest and lakes views. Nice, contemporary architecture and design. Large comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best breakfast of our 3 week vacation !

I loved the view from my room, but it was superb on the 3rd floor, where the restaurant is located (and the breakfast is served). The breakfast was very good. The staff was very welcoming and nice, always happy to help me.

We loved the location, the view was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable!
