Lovely big room, very quiet even though it is on a busy street.
Very safe area of the city with shops and restaurants all round.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
We sadly didn't get to try the breakfast as had to leave early both mornings. On the first morning the staff did provide us with a takeaway cup of tea and some croissants though.
Well placed in Retiro. Quiet for me. Staff was really great. Beds were hard, but okay. Gym is tiny. Basically a treadmill and some dumbbells. Fine, but small.
Location,room, service and BF, the hotel is really good value for money, will go back again definitely.
Excellent in every aspect. Great location, friendly staff, modern and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and security at the door in the evening. All in all, a very good experience!
Breakfast and room facilities in general. Excellent breakfast. Good supermarket around the corner and close by to a subway station.
