Amazing location, beautiful hotel and the staff went above and beyond.
Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and conveniently attached to the hotel in a comfortable space. The front-desk staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient Palermo Hollywood location. We walked to dinner every night - walked to shopping areas, too.
the location is excellent. the room was modern and large. very quiet. easy to sleep. the restaurant (vegan) was very good. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and aided us in our restaurant reservations and cash exchanges and tour bookings. overall I’m very happy.
Really good facilities, great breakfast options and comfortable and spacious rooms.
